In these terms and conditions ‘the Company’ (‘us’,’ we’) shall mean ACS Fine Foods and the ‘Customer’ (‘you’) shall mean you. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.

Purchase contract

All purchases made on this web are governed by these terms and conditions prevailing at the date of your order.

When you have placed an order with us by pressing the “Proceed to Payment” button, an email will be sent to you acknowledging your exact order details. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Our email is not an order confirmation nor an acceptance of your order, nor does it conclude the contract to purchase goods from us.

Order acceptance and the conclusion of the contract between you and us will only take place when we confirm by e-mail to you that your order has been despatched.

Availability

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site, this cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, we will advise you of our stock position when we receive your order and will only proceed on your further instructions.

Payment

ACS Fine Foods accepts payment via our secure online cred/debit card system on our website, cheques drawn against a British Bank or Bank Transfers

Pricing

All prices shown are in pound sterling including Vat where applicable but excluding delivery charges.

The prices displayed on the website are for on-line purchases only. These prices may change and any of our offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Items despatched overseas

For items despatched overseas, ACS Fine Foods is not responsible for the payment of any import duty or customs charges for the products ordered via this website. A charge may be payable by you at the point of delivery.

Despatch, Delivery and Postage Rates

We aim to despatch goods within 1-2 business days of ordering.

Normal delivery times for the UK is 1-3 days.

We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of.

Standard UK delivery. Order will be sent first class Royal Mail (or courier for larger parcels)

For orders up to £29 in value: £2.50

For orders over £29: FREE delivery

Standard delivery to Europe. Order will be sent air mail (or courier for larger parcels).

Orders up to £20 in value: £4.00

20 - £30: £5.00

£30 and over: a flat rate of £6.00

Standard delivery outside Europe. Order will be sent air mail (or courier for larger parcels)

Orders up to £16 in value: £5.50

£16 - £20: £6.50

Over £20 - £30: £8.50

Over £30 - £40: £12.00

Over £40 - £50: £16.00

and thereafter calculated as multiples of above.
