What alternative ways can I place an order?
You can either place an order online and pay by credit card or paypal or you can place your order over the phone or by email.
Do I have to open an account online?
No. We now offer you the option of opening an account or buying as a "guest".
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We proces orders the same or next day (our commitment is within 2 working days) and post to the UK first class Royal Mail. You can expect to receive it the next day or the day after that.
Orders to Europe are posted either air mail or airsure and the Post Office aim to deliver in 3-5 days after date of posting. Postage to worldwide destinations will take longer depending on the area.
What do I do if my parcel doesn't arrive?
First check with your local sorting office to see whether they have tried to deliver and check with neighbours to see if the parcel has been left with them. If you are unable to locate it, contact us and we will advise you what we can do next. If you experience problems with receiving parcels, we RECOMMEND you choose the recorded option which makes it much easier to trace.
When I telephone, will I speak to a person or an automated voice?
You wil speak to a person! The phone will normally be answered by either Anna or Christopher Scott. We also have an answering machine where you can leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
