Returns and Refunds Policy
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please send it back to us within 30 days, in its original condition, with your proof of purchase. As long as you send us your proof of purchase and your item is in its original complete condition, you will be entitled to a full refund (or exchange, if you prefer).
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us of the problem within 10 working days of its delivery by email at email@example.com. Please quote your order reference number on all correspondence.
We cannot accept returns of teas where the packets or tins have been opened, unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless the goods we delivered to you were faulty or in error.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
