Despatch, Delivery and Postage Rates

Orders under 2 kg are sent through Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent by courier.

For standard mail, we aim to despatch goods within 1-2 business days of ordering.

First Class mail is treated as a priority and will be despatched the same or next day.

For outside the UK your order is posted either standard Air Mail or Airsure/Special Delivery (tracked) depending on the location. For some locations, you can make the choice of standard or special delivery.

Please allow an extra day or two for Royal Mail delays.

We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of.

Standard UK delivery.

For orders up to £29 in value: £3.00

Over £29: FREE delivery

First Class UK Delivery: £3.50

Signed for: an extra £1.50.

Special Next Day Delivery (excl Sat) via Royal Mail or courier for larger parcels: Orders up to £20: £6.35, up to £55: £7.55, up to £120: £9.75 and thereafter £24.50.

For orders placed on Friday and requiring Saturday delivery via Royal Mail or special courier for larger parcels: Orders to up £19 - £9.78, up to £55 - £11.10, up to £76 - £13.56 and thereafter £22.00.

Delivery to Europe. Orders will be sent air mail or international signed for (recommended).

Air Mail: Up to £20: £5; £30: £6 and thereafter £7.00.

International signed for (recommended) is also available. Rates on request.

Delivery outside Europe. Orders will be sent Royal Mail air mail or air mail international signed for (recommended).

Air Mail: Orders up to £10: £5.50, £20: £6.50, £30: £8.50, £40: £10.00, £50: £13.50, £60: £15.50, £70: £18.00, £80: £21.00, £93: £23.00. For the most economical cost of airmail postage, packages must not exceed 2kg. For orders over £93, please calculate the cost as two or more parcels.

International Signed for (recommended): An additional price of £4.95 per item in addition to the cost of Air Mail, as above.
